Pricing:

 $240 per night.

Cleaning Fee of $50.00

2-night minimum on weekends

3-night stay required Memorial Day weekend.

Off-season rates:

November thru March $169.00 a night with a 2-night minimum.

Must call 870.439.2888 to receive discount.

 Discount does not apply to Thanksgiving week, Christmas & New Years.

 

Reservation Policies:

Check-in time 4 p.m. or after. If you are arriving after 5 p.m. please call to receive your door code.

Check-out time no later than 10 a.m.

 

No Pets Allowed!!

 

Damage Charges:

BCC reserves the right to charge your credit card for missing items and/or damages to our property. If something is broken, missing or not working when you check-in it is your responsibility to report it to the office immediately. There will be an additional charge if excessive cleaning is required. 

No Tent/RV camping allowed in cabin yards!!

Full payment is required at the time of reservation with a VISA, Discover, or MasterCard. There will be a $40 cancellation fee for all cancellations and/or changes made before 21 days of your scheduled arrival. All cancellations made within the 21 days prior to your arrival will be non-refundable. If you were to terminate your reservation early, your balance would be also non-refundable. All cancellations/changes must be made by phone. Other methods will not be accepted due to their unreliability to be received. Our season is limited therefore we must observe a tight policy on cancellations. Float trips go rain or shine unless the National Park Service.
