Reservation Policy: Prepayment is expected at the time of reservation with a Visa or Master Card. For a refund you must cancel 14 days prior to your reservation by 3:00 PM. If you cancel within the 14-day period, your reservation is NONREFUNDABLE. If you cancel prior to the 14-day period, there is a $20 cancellation fee. This cancellation fee applies to a partial (making changes) or full cancellation.
For Cabins and Lodging, we do not give refunds for bad weather, early departure, or river closing.
For Canoes, we do not give refunds is you terminate your float trip early. All floats go out rain or shine.
For Canoes, rain checks will be issued after 11:00 AM if the National Park Service closes the Buffalo River due to flooding.
